Drawing inspiration from Monini’s European exhibit components, our designers re-imagined the application so the structures could be built utilizing North American fabrication techniques and so they could also be installed in accordance with typical U.S. exhibit rules and regulations– specifically, the unique “walkthrough” space allotted at the Summer and Winter Fancy Food Shows. Custom exhibit components with premium white gloss and wood finishes describe clean, modern lines that define the space with an austere elegance. The center island provides a highly functional area where Monini’s chefs create the Olive Oil-inspired masterpieces that attendees sample from both sides of the booth space.
