We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and generating new business within the exhibit, event, trade show and commercial interior industries. You’ll work with a talented team across marketing, design, engineering, and production to ensure seamless project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business in target industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle; from lead generation to final project handoff
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-through
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, production, and project management to ensure project success
  • Recommend creative, custom exhibit solutions tailored to client goals and budget
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and contribute to weekly sales reporting and forecasting
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive activity

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in the trade show, event, or experiential marketing industry)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creatives, operations, and logistics
  • Deep understanding of trade show timelines and client expectations
  • High level of customer service

Nationwide 360, a leading exhibit, events, and experiential design-build company based in
Hauppauge, NY, is seeking an experienced Millwork Estimator to support our sales and
production teams. This role is critical to our growth and requires deep knowledge of custom
millwork fabrication, trade show exhibits, and related specialty estimating.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for trade show exhibits, millwork projects, and custom
    fabrication.
    • Perform detailed takeoffs of millwork, cabinetry, and exhibit components from
    drawings and renderings.
    • Solicit and evaluate vendor quotes for custom materials, finishes, and hardware,
    • Maintain estimating records per Nationwide 360 policy, including standardized
    physical files and organized digital documentation in client folders.
    • Estimate labor hours for shop fabrication and installation (not general contracting).
    • Provide written scopes of work and coordinate language with Account Managers for
    proposals.
    • Prepare estimates for design changes throughout a project’s lifecycle.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, account managers, and production teams.
    • Provide value engineering options to optimize cost without sacrificing design intent.
    • Track and update estimating schedules to ensure all estimates are completed on time
    and deadlines are consistently met.
    • Independently develop bids exceeding $100,000 with a high level of accuracy.

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience estimating in millwork, cabinetry, or trade show
exhibit fabrication (general contractor estimating does not apply).
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, joinery, and finishing for wood, laminates,
metals, and solid surfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, and 3D renderings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam,
AutoCAD, Filemaker Pro, QuickBooks) a plus.
• Strong math and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple bids
simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
