Mid-Year Review: A Nationwide 360 Trade Show Recap

Spring wasn’t just in the air this year, it was all over the show floor.  

From Chicago to Atlantic City, Anaheim to Orlando, our crew at Nationwide 360 has been on the move, bringing bold ideas, booths that wowed, and wowed again, along with seamless execution to trade shows across the country. With every exhibit we designed and built, we helped brands tell their stories, connect with customers, and stand out from the crowd.

It’s been a season packed with sweet debuts, tech-savvy rollouts, and full-on sensory experiences—because when it comes to storytelling through space, we don’t just build it. We bring it to life.

Here’s a look back at the whirlwind of innovation, collaboration, and custom builds that defined Spring 2025.

Natural Products Expo West - Anaheim, CA

With more than 3,000 exhibiting brands and 65,000 attendees, Natural Products Expo West is one of the most influential events in the natural and organic space—and we were proud to be part of the action.  We had new exhibits on the floor this year, old favorites that added a bit of pizazz to a current layout and some tried and true favorites that keep drawing the crowds.

Skinny Mixes served up a sleek 10×20 space that blended vibrant branding with plenty of room for mixing, mingling, and sampling their naturally sweetened lineup.

Panos Brands went full portfolio power with a brand-new 20×20 island booth, featuring distinct spaces for each sub-brand. Unified, beautiful, and built to engage.

And FAGE? A fresh remix of their iconic booth kept the yogurt vibes strong. Why mess with perfection when you can just polish it?

Toy Fair - New York, NY

The game was on (pun intended) this year at The Javits Center for Toy Fair 2025!  From vibrant product displays to engaging demo areas, the show floor showed off the wonder and imagination of kids, and the purchasing power of grown-ups.

Magna-Tiles joined the fun with a brand-new immersive walkthrough exhibit that was just as hands-on as the toys themselves. Let’s be honest—the booth brought the adults back to their childhood.  

Asmodee once again turned their booth into game night central, complete with illuminated demo stations, SEG graphics, and a floating sign that made their presence known across the hall.

Ferraro Mid-Atlantic Food Show – Atlantic City, NJ

The flavors of Italy came alive on the boards this year with a day filled with delicious food, exciting culinary demonstrations, and the latest trends in the food industry.  Hosted by longtime client Ferraro Foods, this event dished up bold flavors, exciting demos, and authentic Italian energy.

The 30×30 piazza-style exhibit was the showstopper—open-air charm, rustic textures, and mouthwatering aromas brought the taste of Italy straight to the boardwalk.

And the 10×20 companion booth delivered pure nostalgia: from its red-and-white details to the scent of sizzling pie, it served up the feel of a classic New York pizza parlor—just without the wait.

IDEA 25 – Miami Beach, FL

This is the event for the nonwoven fabrics industry, and this year it brought together over 6,000 professionals from around the globe.

We partnered with Domtar EAM to create a booth that balanced clean design with standout style. From the ocean-blue flooring to the open layout, this space encouraged interaction, education, and just the right amount of textile talk.

CHAMPS Trade Show – Atlantic City, NJ

The OG counterculture B2B event rolled into AC with hundreds of vendors and a buzz (pun fully intended) that filled the floor.

Grabba Leaf’s 30×30 custom booth was designed to stop traffic. With bold graphics, glowing signage, and cool-toned lighting, this exhibit had all the swagger and strategy of a brand on the rise—and the results to match.

Sweets & Snacks Expo – Indianapolis, IN

This candy-and-crunch-filled extravaganza drew 18,000+ industry pros to the Indiana Convention Center—and our booths were every bit as eye-catching as the confections…

Smarties stayed true to their iconic aesthetic but added a fresh twist—Squashies! We updated their fan-favorite space with new photo ops and colorful creative that had attendees lining up (with candy bags in hand).

Liberty Orchard made a big impact with their 20×40 booth that mirrored their clean, wholesome branding. The design had all the charm of a stroll through a sunny orchard—complete with plenty of tasty stops along the way.

National Restaurant Show – Chicago, IL

Over 55,000 food service pros filled McCormick Place this May for the industry’s biggest event, and they came in hungry.  From interactive tech demos to mouthwatering product showcases, our clients’ booths turned heads and stirred appetites.

Bear Robotics debuted their brand-new exhibit, showcasing their next-gen AI-powered delivery robots in action. These servers-on-wheels stole the show (and maybe a few fries), drawing in curious crowds and tech lovers alike.

Golden Waffles lit up the show, literally, with a 10×20 space glowing with halo lighting, vivid surfaces, and custom creative that looked good enough to eat. Style, substance, and syrup? Yes, please.

HIA Long Island Trade Show - Hauppauge, NY

The 35th Annual HIA Trade Show & Conference delivered education, networking, and B2B connections galore—and Nationwide 360 was proud to sponsor the action.

What happens when an exhibit company designs their own booth? An interactive, conversation-sparking masterpiece, of course. Bonus points for the team’s brand-aligned red shoes and booth selfies that stole the LinkedIn spotlight.

Looking Ahead

Phew! That’s a wrap on spring—and we’re not even slowing down to tie our shoes.
